William J. Morgan’s experience in patent searching began in 2005. While Mr. Morgan has an educational background in biology, his technical expertise spans a wide-range of technologies in the mechanical, electro-mechanical, computer/internet, and chemical arts.
Mr. Morgan is a non-patent literature search specialist. He is proficient in searching the resources available at the Library of Congress and the National Institutes of Health, as well as various internet-based resources.
